Itinerary

Meet & greet your selected instructor Allocation of equipment, wetsuit and surfboard at the surf school A full 2 hour supervised surfing lesson Assessment of ocean conditions Beach/surf safety introduction Introduction to equipment and safe handling techniques Introduction to prone surfing Transitioning to feet, accelerating and stopping/falling safely Applying newly-developed skills to changing conditions and/or more progressive equipment Session debrief; skill assessment and goal-setting using the iAM Bands ability scheme
